ADS offers classes from beginner to advanced, with a key focus on

developing strength, technique, confidence and skills in a safe

manner, whilst most importantly having FUN! With recreational

classes and performance opportunities on offer, as well as

Acrobatics, Musical Theatre and solo/competition development,

there is something to suit every age and ability.

As owner/director, Teagan has a wealth of experience, with over

20 years spent dancing herself, as well as 16 years teaching. Under

training from some of the leading teachers, mentors and dance

studios in Melbourne, as well as teaching across many different

dance studios over her career, she knew that her passion was in

allowing as many people as possible to experience the joy of

dancing – and Athletica Dance Studios was born.

ADS pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard operationally,

and a welcoming and nurturing environment for everyone who

walks through our doors!

Athletica Dance Studios maintains safe dance practice, the

highest level of respect for students/families, and a focus on

creating a lasting positive impact to our students confidence and self esteem.
